Privacy Policy

Trayce collects nothing, sends nothing, and makes no network requests.

What Trayce stores on your device

Trayce saves the following inside its own private storage area on your iPhone:

• The treatments you set up — name, type, tray numbers, days per tray, daily wear goal.
• Your wear log — the times you took your aligners or retainer out and put them back in, and any notes you add.
• Your reminder preferences.
• Progress photos, if you add them (a Trayce Pro feature).

This data is protected by your device's own encryption and passcode. It is included in your device backup if you back your iPhone up to iCloud or a computer; that backup is governed by Apple's terms, not ours, and we have no access to it.

What Trayce does not do

• It does not require an account, an email address, or a sign-in of any kind.
• It does not transmit your wear log, photos or any other content anywhere.
• It contains no analytics, telemetry, crash reporting or advertising SDK.
• It shows no advertisements, and there is no third party receiving data about you.
• It does not track you across apps or websites, and it requests no tracking permission.

Permissions Trayce asks for

• Notifications — so reminders to put your aligners back in, and tray change reminders, can be delivered. These are scheduled locally on your device.
• Photos / Camera — only if you choose to add a progress photo. The image is copied into Trayce's own storage on your device and is not uploaded.

Both are optional. Declining either leaves the rest of the app fully functional.

Purchases

Trayce Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes the payment and tells the app whether an entitlement is active. We never see, receive or store your name, payment details or Apple Account information. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction.

Children

Trayce is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children. A parent tracking a child's treatment is simply creating a local record on their own device.

Your data, and getting it out

Because nothing leaves your device, there is no account to delete and no data of yours for us to hand over or erase. Deleting the app removes everything it stored. You can export your complete log as a CSV file at any time from Settings — this is free and is not a paid feature.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Trayce's design commitment — no account, no server, no analytics — is not something we intend to change.
