Trayce · Clear aligner & retainer wear tracker
Yes. Trayce does not run a counter — it saves the moment you tapped "Take them out" and works out the elapsed time whenever you look. Force-quitting the app, restarting your phone, or going a whole day without opening Trayce changes nothing about the total.
Yes, and this is the main thing Trayce is built for. On the Today screen tap any entry under "Times out today" to correct it, or tap Add to enter a period you missed. For an earlier day, open History, tap the day, and edit or add there. Nothing in your log is locked, however old it is.
Open History, tap that day, tap the long entry and set the real time you put them back in. The day's numbers recalculate immediately.
If your goal is 22 hours a day, you have 2 hours a day out. Trayce counts that down instead of counting wear up, because two hours is the number you actually plan meals around. You can change the goal any time in Trays → Edit.
Check Settings → Notifications → Trayce on your iPhone and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Also check that a Focus mode is not silencing them. Inside Trayce, the put-back reminder, its repeat interval and repeat count are all in Settings and can be tuned or switched off.
They should not, and in Trayce they do not — the pending reminders are cancelled the moment you tap "Put them back in". If you ever see otherwise, please email us; that is a bug we want to know about.
Go to Trays → Edit. You can change days per tray, the total number of trays, which tray you are on, when the current one started, and your daily goal. Use Next tray / Back on the Trays screen to move early or late; the countdown resets to that day.
Yes, with Trayce Pro. Settings → Add a person creates a completely separate log, and you switch between them in Settings.
Settings → Export everything as CSV. It is free, it contains every day and every individual entry, and it always will be free. Trayce Pro adds a formatted one-page PDF report designed to be handed to your orthodontist.
Completely. Trayce never makes a network request. The only thing that needs a connection is buying or restoring Trayce Pro, because that goes through the App Store.
Open Settings → Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. If it still does not appear, email us.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: on your iPhone open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. The one-time Pro purchase is not a subscription and never renews.
