By downloading or using Trayce ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Trayce records the times you tell it your clear aligners or retainer were out, calculates your daily wear time from those records, and reminds you according to settings you choose. Every figure it displays is derived from what you entered. It does not measure anything, it cannot detect whether an appliance is actually being worn, and it makes no clinical assessment of your treatment.
Your orthodontist's or dentist's instructions always take precedence over anything shown in the app. Do not change your wear schedule, tray timing, or treatment on the basis of Trayce.
Trayce is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any clear aligner manufacturer, brand, dental practice or laboratory. Any trademarks referred to belong to their respective owners.
Everything you enter is stored on your device. You are responsible for your device backups. Deleting the app deletes its data. Exporting your log as CSV is available free of charge at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The core of Trayce — wear tracking, the out-time budget, reminders, the tray schedule, editing entries, unlimited history and CSV export — is free.
Trayce Pro unlocks progress photos with side-by-side compare, a PDF wear report, tracking more than one person, and alternate app icons. It is offered as:
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. There is no free trial. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies; we cannot issue them.
Features that are free at the time you install Trayce will not later be moved behind the paywall.
Trayce is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered — notification delivery depends on iOS and on your device settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. This includes any consequence of relying on the app rather than on your orthodontist's instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms may be updated; the current version is always at this address. Continuing to use the app after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
